Milo Harvest
Producers are on the move with their farm equipment. Combines being transported between milo fields. Trucks transporting milo to local grain elevators. The elevators have mounds of milo tarped like big circus tents.
We hurried and planted four hundred mixed daffodil bulbs and we bought out the remaining bags of black mulch at the local hardware store. Scurrying to prepare the gardens for that first frost like the red squirrels racing to gather black walnuts.

And the trees are all showy in oranges and reds and yellows. I'm nervous I don't have warm enough gloves for winter but for now everything is exciting and aglow.
